This is what we called a "Welcome change in Indian Judiciary System". Finally they sentence someone who is Hero for all and messenger for some. There are few cases in the past which certainly raise a big question mark on the judiciary system, e.g. Salman Khan's hit and run case, black buck case. Hope all the judges will take some motivation from judge P D Kode and will not hesitate while giving the judgement. This will raise the faith in people's minds about the judiciary system.
